Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you and process a full refund if payment has already been made.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier partner's tracking portal.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Lone Ranger Coffee is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the package if possible.
- Take clear photographs of the package.
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of the delivery attempt.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Courier service delays
- Other events beyond our control
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and work towards a suitable resolution.
