Refund and Returns Policy

At Lone Ranger Coffee, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality coffee products. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food products, we do not accept returns on products that have been delivered successfully.

Returns will only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and may offer a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Product received in an unusable condition
  • Order cancelled by Lone Ranger Coffee
  • Order could not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals after delivery
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Promotional or free items

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Refunds will not be provided for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
